Pak militant arrested from sarpanch’s house

Srinagar: A Pakistani militant belonging to Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) has been arrested from the house of a sarpanch in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
Abu Muaviyah was arrested by a joint team of the army and the Special Operations Group of police from the house of a sarpanch in Chooru area of Sopore on Thursday night, reports said Friday.
The police also picked up the sarpanch Farooq Ahmed for questioning.
Police said one AK 47, three magazines and around 90 rounds of ammunition were also recovered from the apprehended militant.
