Milad celebrated in Jammu: Religious scholars stress for unity, brotherhood

Jammu: On the occasion of Eid-e-Milad a Seerat conference was held at Eidgah here Sunday.
The day-long conference was organised by Anjuman Islah- Ul- Muslimeen, Jammu.
The Conference was presided over by Vice President All India Muslim Personal Board, Dr. Kalab-E- Sadiq. A large number of people besides religious scholars participated in the conference.
The clerics on the occasion threw the light on the teachings and working of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and through their sermons impressed upon the people to be united and follow the teaching of Prophet (SAW) jointly as His each and every word shows us right path and gives us the lesson of kindness, love and brother hood.
They appealed the people to follow on the footprints of the Prophet for achieving the prosperous life in the world. The religious scholars while highlighting the teachings of the Prophet stressed for unity, pivotal for Nation strength and peace and prosperity of the country as well as world.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice President All India Muslim Personal Board, Dr. Kalab greeted the people on this auspicious day and threw light on the various aspects of the teachings and working of the prophet (PBUH). He said that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) laid stress on human love, brotherhood and kindness. He emphasized on the universal acceptance and relevance of the teachings and message of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and elaborated how Prophet (SAW) has laid stress on kindness towards all the creations of God and love for fellow beings.
Dr. Kalab stressed upon the youth to untouched themselves from various social evils for their prosperous life.
