SRINAGAR: The authorities Friday reviewed the progress made in implementing PAHAL scheme in Jammu’s Kathua district.
A press statement issued here said the Assistant Director Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution department T P Singh convened a meeting with LPG Gas agencies of the district in the office complex of the District Development Commissioner.
“Singh briefed the agencies about the PAHAL (DBTL) that has been launched recently, and under which subsidy of the domestic LPG cylinder will be directly deposited in bank account of the consumers,” it said.
“He informed that the consumer can also register their mobile numbers with LPG distributors to avail the booking facility through SMS. He said consumer can also avail help from web site www.my.lpg.in and for any further queries can directly contact the concerned Tehsil Supply Officer,” it added.
