JKLF condemns Handwara man’s killing

Srinagar: The JKLF on Sunday condemned the killing of a youth in Handwara and termed it “another glaring example of impunity enjoyed by the troops.”
In a statement, JKLF vice chairman Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi said, “Elections and Assemblies are meant to hide and legitimize these kinds of killings. Therefore it is our national duty to boycott elections and demonstrate our loyalty with martyrs.”
Bakhshi along with a delegation went to the house of Zahoor Ahmad Najar who was killed in Handwara and expressed condolences with the family.
He said, “The people who are today asking us to vote are actually stooges of these killer forces and their only job is to legitimize these murderous acts of Indian army and forces.”
