SKCS sets up relief camps for flood hit

ANANTNAG: ‘South Kashmir Civil Society’ (SKCS) has taken up relief work for the flood hit people of all the four districts of the region.
A spokesman of the organisation said, “To provide relief to the people hit by recent devastating floods SKCS has set up camps at the district headquarters of three districts at Anantnag, Pulwama and Kulgam.”
“SKCS has constituted various teams who are identifying the affected families in their respective villages,” said vice president SKCS, Zafar Farooq Salati.
“We are trying our best to cover all the flood hit families of the region before Eid so that they can also celebrate the festival,” Salati said adding that the relief work will continue after Eid as well.
