Woman among 3 more arrested in CET scam

Srinagar: The Crime Branch of police has arrested three more persons, including a woman, in connection with the multi-million cash-for-paper scam of the Common Entrance Test-2012, official sources said Friday.
They identified the arrestees as Mohammad Amin Ganie (broker), Hilal Ahmad and Afroza Akhtar and said two of them surrendered while another was arrested.
The trio was among absconders in the scam allegedly engineered by former chairman of Board of Professional Entrance Examination Mushtaq Ahmad Peer who is currently lodged in Central Jail Srinagar.
