Srinagar: JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik on Tuesday visited the residence of United Jihad Council chairman and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin to offer his condolences over the death of Salahuddin’s wife.
Malik, who was released on Monday night from Central Jail Srinagar after his arrest during a rally in connection with the ‘Quit Kashmir Movement’ on June 23, visited Soibugh, Budgam to condole with the family of Salahuddin whose wife died of cancer this week.
The JKLF chairman expressed his condolences with the bereaved family, a party spokesman said.
Malik also expressed his condolences on the demise of maternal uncle of party’s chief spokesman Rafiq Ahmad Dar.
Malik along with a high level delegation visited the residence of the deceased Showkat Ahmad Dar of Mandir Bagh and expressed his condolences with the bereaved family, the spokesman added.
