Kulgam: 22 employees suspended

SRINAGAR: Authorities Thursday placed 22 employees under suspension over unauthorized absence from duty in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
“Deputy Commissioner Kulgam alongwith Additional District Development Commissioner inspected various offices in Mini Secretariat Kulgam today to ensure punctuality and regularity of officials. During the inspection 22 employees of various departments were found absent from their duties and were placed under suspension with immediate effect. Explanation was also sought from four District Officers with stoppage of salary for leaving the station without the station leaving permission,” an official spokesman said.
