SRINAGAR: Blue Express Courier and Cargo on Friday opened its state franchise for Kashmir by setting up its office at Parimpora here.
The company now on will be covering the whole valley by roping in other district franchisees to reach every part of the valley.
Regional Sales Head North, Arshad Yousuf told Kashmir Reader that company is India’s leading multi modal logistics service provider offering an entire collection of integrated services for customers and foresees Kashmir valley as one of the prominent service areas, therefore setting up business partnership here.
Yousuf said that the company has created cost-effective solutions tailor made to meet the demands of different customers, promising quality service to customers that is distinguishing by timeliness and reliability.
“Given the terrain of the valley we are conceiving a model where in we can cater to far-flung areas of the valley with prompt delivery at doorsteps,” he said.
State franchisees owner of Blue Express, Syed Zubair Andrabi, said that the aim to venture in this segment was not only to bring in more fresh business to the valley, but to generate employment opportunity for more people.
“We may be roping in more partners to run the services, besides we will be having a fully IT enabled setup here, that will give customers leverage to ensure proper tracking of their couriers and consignments” he said adding that the company will be focusing more on prompt delivery as well as collection form door steps of customers.
The company is also provides customers and businesses worldwide with a broad valise of transportation, e-commerce and business services.
Yousuf said that company will be engaging more local human resource to run the services promptly.
The company will be setting additional franchise offices in North India with it also setting up an office at Jammu.
