Killing of Nawa Kadal youth part of India’s ‘war crimes in Kashmir’: Azam Inqilabi

SRINAGAR: Chief patron Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi (MeA) Muhammad Azam Inqilabi on Friday castigated India’s “anti-Kashmir” policy and condemned the killing of a youth by CRPF in downtown Srinagar.
In a statement here, Inqilabi termed the killing of the youth as “cold-blooded murder” and part of India’s “war crimes in Kashmir”.
“In order to strengthen their forcible occupation Indian rulers want to re-enact the Pathribal like incidents here,” he said.
He also condemned the rampant arrests of youths and resistance leaders and activists on the eve of Indian parliamentary elections here.
“Majority of Kashmiris have rejected this election drama. People have given a clear message that they will continue their peaceful resistance movement till resolution of Kashmir dispute,” he added.
MeA patron said Pak army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif is right when he said Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan.
“Kashmir’s rivers irrigate Pakistan’s agricultural land. When Kashmir will become free we won’t divert water, it will continue to flow towards Pakistan,” the statement reads.
He stressed on the need of “empowering Azad Kashmir”.
Inqilabi said for peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute leadership of either side has to make this as a ‘milli issue”.
“We have to make Arab countries realize that their unconditional oil supply to India only adds to its arrogance and oppression of Kashmiris,” he said.
“3Q and 3H sword of Delhi imperialists has become totally uncontrolled and for the last 67 years has martyred nearly six-lakh Kashmiris including Maqbool Butt, Afzal Guru, Sheikh Aziz, Shabir Siddiqi, Jaleel Andrabi Dr. Gh. Qadir Wani, S. Hameed, Moulvi Farooq, Qazi Nisar, Ab. Gani Lone, Peer Husamudin, Moulana Showkat and others,” he added.
He said the upcoming committee of political analysts and militant strategists under the supervision of UJC supremo Syed Salahuddin should continue its work and suggest ways from time to time for the success of resistance struggle.
Asserting that OIC should play an active role, MeA patron said the forum should create an atmosphere of Islamic brotherhood.
“OIC should stop hands of brutal Egyptian rulers, bloodshed in Syria and work for resolution of issues concerning Muslim world,” he said.
He said OIC can even guide UNO to adopt path of justice and fair play.
