Aryans to organise career counseling camp on April 25

SRINAGAR: To remove the confusion from the minds of the students regarding selection of career option, Aryans Group of Colleges would be organizing a “Career Counseling Camp” on April 25 at Aryans Campus situated near Chandigarh.
Those who are interested to participate in the camp, may call on toll free helpline number of the Group, a spokesperson of Aryans said.
Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group while giving the information said that in the camp, career counseling experts would be providing career guidance to the students for various courses available after completing 10th, 12th and Graduation. Not only this, but after checking the individual abilities and interest of the students, the experts would also suggest them that which option should be selected, he said.
“Such an initiative is taken keeping in mind that the students especially rural students after passing out of 10+2/ graduation are not much aware about the career opportunities available to them. The camp would aim at making the students aware about various courses, streams, eligibility criteria, fees structure, job opportunity, entrepreneurial opportunity etc,” Kataria said.
Kataria further said that 10th/10+2/Graduation are such type of juncture where wrong planning can spoil the career of the student. Most of the students lying in these categories decide about their career according to the choice of their parents or friends without knowing their inner abilities and interest. So the right type of planning is required at right time. Students should not only know details of the course to be joined, but also the scope of that course after 3-5 years when the student would complete the course.
He also told that during the Camp, the team of Aryans would make the students and their parents aware about each and every detail of various courses like B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, Polytechnic Diploma, Nursing, +1(Non Medical) etc., which would help decision making.
