Supporters of pro-India parties a microscopic minority: Hurriyat(G)

Srinagar: The Syed Ali Shah Geelani-led Hurriyat Conference Saturday said  the “public wrath” pro-India parties were facing  during election rallies in different parts of Kashmir  was justified.
“Without the support of the Army, CRPF and police, pro-India leaders will never be able to hold public rallies.  By accusing each other for the public wrath they are facing the pro-Indian parties want to hide the reality,” the amalgam said in a statement.
“ The public anger against pro-India parties is  proof of the fact that the common people have never accepted them and they can’t even travel a small distance  without the police and CRPF protection let alone hold public rallies,” the statement said.
Only a ‘microscopic minority of greedy people ’ was following the pro-Indian parties for  their petty interests , the statement said.
“This small  group has  held the majority of population hostage with the help of Army and police,” the statement said.
