Batamaloo: BCPSC threatens stir over unattended garbage

SRINAGAR: Bazar Committee Plaza Shopping Complex (BCPSC) Batamaloo Thursday threatened to hit the streets if garbage is not cleared from the complex premises immediately.
A delegation of BCPSC led by its president Mohammad Rafiq Bhat told Kashmir Reader that they met Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) officials several times to apprise them about the issue but to no avail.
” The garbage is lying there unattended for the past five months but the SDA officials are unbothered,” they said.
They also appealed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and the Minister for Urban Development Ringzin Jora to look into the matter and direct the SDA officials to keep the complex premises clean.
