9 Judges transferred

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered transfer and posting of nine District Judges.
According to an order issued by Registrar General of the High Court, Rashid Ali Dar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, against available vacancy, on account of superannuation of Mohammad Shafi Khan.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing, Jammu, vice Rakesh Sagar Jain.
Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajouri, vice Ashok Kumar Sharma.
Rakesh Sagar Jain, Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, against available vacancy.
Ashok Kumar Koul, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance, High Court of J&K, vice Vinod Chatterjee Koul.
Vinod Chatterjee Koul, Registrar Vigilance, High Court, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kathua, Ashok Kumar Koul.
Shahzad Azeem, District Judge, Leave Reserve High Court, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as President, Divisional Consumer Protection Forum, Jammu, Mohan Singh Parihar.
Yash Pal Bourney, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Baramulla, vice Rashid Ali Dar.
Mohan Singh Parihar, President, Divisional Consumer Protection Forum, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, vice Yash Pal Bourney.
“All the transferees shall move simultaneously after handing over charge to the available judicial officers at their headquarters,” the Registrar General said.
