BANDIPORA: In order to discuss employment generation avenues for educated unemployed youth, a meeting of sponsoring agencies and financial institutes was held at Bandipora under the chairmanship of chief faculty EDI, Ahmadabad, Shaibshmodi at RSETI Bandipora on Friday.
Director RSETI, MM Fayaz, District Nodal Officer, EDI Bandipora, Waseem Raja besides officers and representatives from various sponsoring agencies attended the meeting, according to an official spokesperson.
During the meeting, various suggestions were put forth as a part of scoping study so that the business establishments are established and the unemployed educated youth engaged with such trades and skills.
The meeting discussed several sectors like livestock, fisheries, sheep, fruit business, tourism, sericulture, apiculture and other sectors while as the meeting came to the conclusion that the market organization seems to be imperative for any business.
Meanwhile, 15-days training course of the third batch of unemployed educated youth concluded at the said training institute Friday during the training period. As many as 30 youth were imparted the training in manufacturing, services and agri allied sectors.
