Jama’at chief condoles Maulana Zubair-ul-Hassan’s demise

SRINAGAR: Jama’at chief, Mohammad Abdullah Wani, Wednesday condoled the demise of Maulana Zubair-ul-Hassan, Ameer of Tableeghi Jama’at, who passed away on Tuesday in New Delhi.
According to a statement issued by Jama’at spokesperson, Wani in his condolence message said that Hassan’s death has robbed Muslim Ummah of “a self-less scholar and a great spiritual leader.”
While expressing his condolences to the bereaved family of the Maulana, the Jama’at chief prayed for the higher status of the departed soul in the hereafter.
“He also expressed his heartfelt sympathy with all those associated with the Tableeghi Jama’at,” the statement added.
