SRINAGAR: Senior leader of Mirwaiz-led Hurriyat Conference and of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (H) chairman, Javid Ahmad Mir was Tuesday afternoon operated upon in his eye in a Srinagar hospital.
Mir, who was operated by a surgeon from Amritsar at Florence Hospital, Chanapora, was later discharged.
