Srinagar: Residents of Gousia Colony Chanapora on Wednesday urged concerned officials to carryout necessary repairs in the drainage system in the locality to alleviate problems facing them especially during rain.
“With rain for few minutes, flood like situation arises in our locality and the water peeps into our houses and compounds,” a delegation of the locals told this newspaper.
They urged concerned officials to look into their grievances and carry necessary repairs in the drainage system in the locality at earliest.
