“Taking part in elections (is) tantamount to dishonesty with the blood of martyrs. We will continue to offer sacrifices till the achievement of freedom,” Hurriyat’s senior leader Shabir Ahmad Shah was quoted as saying in a statement.
The statement said a delegation led by Shah visited Zaloora, Sopore to express solidarity with the family of slain Hizbul Mujahideen divisional commander Mohammad Shafi Sheikh.
