Srinagar: After being questioned by the NIA for five consecutive days in New Delhi in alleged funding case, president of Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) and chairman of Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) Muhammad Yasin Khan returned home on Sunday.
The Kashmir Inc, however, avoided any celebrations on his return and maintained a low key in the wake of revered day of Ashura, when Hazrat Imam-e-Hussain (RA) and his companions sacrificed their lives in the illustrious battle of Karbala, said a statement issued by the KTMF.
Meanwhile, the statement added, Khan thanked the entire business community of Kashmir for being with him in “the testing times”.
“I am thankful to each and every institution of business fraternity and people affiliated with it for their support. I am equally thankful to people of Kashmir, who stood by me,” said Khan.
