3 children killed in cross-border firing in Poonch

Srinagar: Three children were killed and at least ten other civilians were wounded in a cross-border fire in, officials said on Monday.
Defence sources said that Pakistani troops fired bullets and mortar shells at border villages and forward posts along the LoC in Poonch district.
The dead children included 10 and 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl, they said.
The injured, two of them critically, are being treated.
Sources said that the cross LoC firing incident took place early today which killed one boy on spot.
Later, the officials said two more children including a girl succumbed to their injuries.
