Shutdown in Tral to mourn death of civilian

Srinagar: A complete shutdown is being observed Thursday in south Kashmir’s Tral town to mourn the death of a civilian injured in the recent grenade blast.
35 years old Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh resident of Tral-e-Payeen was critically injured in a grenade blast on September 21 and and succumbed to injuries on Wednesday afternoon, taking the death toll in the incident to three.
Mushtaq was the only bread earner in his family and is survived by his parents, wife and two minor sons.
Witnesses told Kashmir Reader that all shops business establishments remained closed in the town while as traffic was also off the roads.
