Srinagar Grenade blast: Injured civilian succumbs

Srinagar: A civilian injured in a grenade blast near Jahangir Chowk Srinagar Thursday succumbed to his injuries, sources said.
Maqsood Ahmad Shah son of Ali Mohammad Shah, resident of Budgam district was among five injured in the blast.
All the injured were shifted to SMHS hospital where Maqsood succumbed to his injuries.
Earlier suspected militants hurled a grenade on CRPF vehicle however it exploded on the road, sources said.
Witnesses told Kashmir Reader that the grenade exploded near an auto rickshaw injuring five pedestrians.
