Agha Hassan’s followers force NIA sleuths to flee from Budgam

Srinagar: The NIA sleuths had to flee the residence of Hurriyat (G) leader Agha Syed Hassan in Budgam after hundreds of his followers stormed in central Kashmir’s Budgam on Thursday evening, sources said.
NIA had raided the residence of Agha and they remained busy in searches upto late evening.
The followers of Agha initially assembled in the Imambara Budgam and raised slogans against NIA, local sources said.
The anti-India slogans raising people later at 7:30 started marching towards the residence of Agha and stormed in after breaking the outer gate closed by the NIA sleuths.
Witnesses told Kashmir Reader that as the sloganeering intensified and people reached the courtyard of Agha’s residence the NIA people fled hurriedly.
The protesting people alleged NIA sleuths of misbehaving with Agha and his family.
The protests were going on in Budgam Chowk when reports last came in.
