Srinagar: Clashes between protesters and government forces erupted in Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district Wednesday, sources said.
The clashes followed a gunfight which started between militants and government forces at Gulabbagh village in Tral.
Soon after the gunfight started the shopkeepers in Tral town pulled down their shutters and scores of protesters hit the streets pelting stones on forces triggering clashes.
