Five injured in highway mishap near Pampore

Pampore: Five persons were injured in a road mishap on the Srinagar-Jammu highway near Chandhara Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday afternoon.
A collision took place between Maruti car and an army vehicle near Chandhara, resulting into injuries to five persons travelling in the Maruti car, SHO Pampore Adil Rashid told Kashmir Reader.
The injured were immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment.
After first aid all the injured persons were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for specialized treatment, doctors at SDH Pampore told Kashmir Reader.
The injured persons have been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad, Rameez Ahmad, Manzoor Ahmad, Irshad Ahmad, all residents of Achabal Anantnag and Bilal Ahmad resident of Kokernag.
