Clashes erupt in south Kashmir’s Pulwama

Srinagar: Police and other forces Saturday resorted to tear smoke and stun grenade shelling to disperse hundreds of protesters who hit the streets to protest Dialgam Anantnag killings at the hands of forces.
Two civilians including a lady Tahira Begum and Shadab Ahmad and two militants, including Bashir Lashkrai were killed in Dialgam area of Anantnag district earlier in the day.
The protesters raising pro-freedom and anti-India slogans pelted stones on forces who retaliated with tear smoke shelling.
Local sources said that clashes went on for many hours in the town.
