ATM machine stolen in Pampore

PAMPORE: Unknown burglars decamped with an automated teller machine (ATM ) of HDFC bank from Pampore town in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, police said.
The burglars pulled out and took away the ATM along with the cash of Rs 5,47,200 from Kadlabal Chowk during the night intervening Monday and Tuesday, SHO Pampore Manzoor Ahmad Beigh said. Police have registered a case (FIR No 111/2017) under section 457, 380, and 422 of RPC in this regard and started investigations.
Earlier this month, two ATM’s of State Bank of India were stolen from Anantnag district but no arrests have been made in this regard.
