Shutdown in Shopian against civilian killing continues

Srinagar: A complete shutdown is being observed in Shopian district of south Kashmir on Thursday against the killing of a student at the hands of government forces.
Aadil Farooq Magray, a college student was killed after forces opened firing on protesters in Ganowpora village on Tuesday.
All shops and business establishments are closed while as public transport is off the roads.
Most of the educational institutions and government offices are also shut in the area, sources said.
