Karwan-e-Aman resumes after two weeks

Baramulla: The Srinagar-Muzafarabad bus service also known as Karwan-e-Amam resumed journey on Monday as 44 passengers crossed the Line of Control (LoC) through Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district. The official reports said that 27 passengers including 02 fresh and 25 returnees from this side of Kashmir reached Pakistan administered Kashmir while as 17 passengers including 8 fresh and 9 returnees arrived from the Muzaffarabad side.
The bus service was blocked last Monday due to tension between Indian and Pakistani forces across the LoC.
