Srinagar by-polls: Firing at Habbak, 4 injured

Srinagar: Government forces on Sunday fired live ammunition on protesting people at Habbak in the Srinagar outskirts injuring at least four protesters.
Sources in SKIMS Soura told Kashmir Reader that one of the injured was hit by a bullet in his abdomen and he was immediately taken for surgery. They said that he was critical.
Source said that a forces party was stoned in Habbak area and the personnel resorted to firing.
Meanwhile, reports of severe clashes have also come from Khunmoh area of Pantha Chowk.
Local sources said that forces resorted to aerial firing and tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters.
Clashes were going on when reports last came in.
