Srinagar by-polls: 36 injured so far in anti-election protests

Srinagar: The death toll in the clashes between the protestors and the government forces in Kashmir has risen to six and as many as 36 people are reported injured in force’s actions.
Protesters attacked and ransacked many polling stations as voting for the by-election to the Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency concluded.
Nine candidates are in fray for the Srinagar parliamentary constituency where more than 1,500 polling stations had been set up for nearly 12.61 lakh voters.
