Stray dogs kill 10 sheep in central Kashmir

Budgam: At least ten sheep were mauled to death and twenty others injured by stray dogs at Takiya Lalpora village of Beerwah in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday.
A sheep husbandry department official told Kashmir Reader that stray dogs attacked a herd and mauled ten sheep and injured twenty others, most of them critically.
“We administered first aid to the injured sheep immediately,” said the official.
