Indian and Pakistani troops exchange firing in Poonch

Srinagar: Indian and Pakistani troops Wednesday exchanged firing in Degwar sector of Poonch district, media reports said.
As per defence sources Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire in Degwar sector of Poonch, the fourth such violation in two days.
They said that Pakistani army initiated indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatic and mortar shells.
Army retaliated strongly and effectively, they said, adding the exchange of firing continued till last reports came in.
Pertinently, after each and every such incident along the LoC or International Border (IB), both New Delhi and Islamabad accuse each other of violating the ceasefire which is in place since 2003.
