Yasin Malik to remain in jail for 14 days more

Condemns Mehbooba’s doublespeak
Srinagar: The JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik was remanded to 14 day judicial custody on Wednesday shortly completing his 12-day remand in central jail Srinagar. Malik was brought to Srinagar court from the central jail where second additional sessions judge extended his remand for 14 more days and ordered to sent him back to Srinagar central jail.
Before being taken away to central jail, Malik in a press statement said that a reign of terror has been unleashed in Kashmir and killing with impunity and jailing young and old has become an order of the day. He said that all this oppression is going on to make so-called Indian election drama a success and all pro-India politicians, their political parties and so-called rulers are directly involved in these killings and other oppressive measures. JKLF chairman while ridiculing the recent statement of Mehbooba Mufti on Chadoora killings said that she being so-called chief minister and also the home minister is actually responsible for issuing orders to killer forces and police. How can she become a judge and remain the head of oppression at the same time, said JKLF chairman.  He said that Mehbooba is trying to act as an empire and instead of stopping the hands of her killer forces is busy accusing those killed and oppressed. This shows that she for the lust of power has lost every bit of humanity and political decency, said Yasin Malik. JKLF chairman said that it is she and her India that have choked every political space on youth , who are killing our young ones with impunity and who are pushing our new generation to the wall therefore  instead of blaming others for promotion of violence and issuing shameless sermons she should introspect her deeds first .
Malik also condemned the spree of arrests and nocturnal raids by the police and paramilitaries.
