Suspected militants ransack Policemen’s house in Shopian

Srinagar: Suspected militants barged into the residential house of two policemen in south Kashmir’s Shopian district last night and ransacked the house holds, reports said on Tuesday.
Sources said that ASI Dilber Ahmad Rather and Constable Riyaz Ahmad were not in their house at Diaroo Village of Shopian when suspected militants ransacked it.
Local sources said that suspected militants broke window panes of the house and fired some gunshots in air causing panic in the area.
Local sources said that the ransacked house belongs to two brothers, Dilbar and Riyaz both working in J&K police.
