SRINAGAR: Around 40 prominent persons from Jammu and Kashmir, including journalists, academicians, artists, poets, playwrights, entrepreneurs along with civil society members are leaving for Dubai to witness the final of Kashmir Super League-2.
The final match of KSL-2 will be played between Razay Kadal Superheroes and Rajbagh Royals at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Friday.The match will start at 4:30(IST).
A total of 14 teams named after some prominent places and towns in Kashmir participated in the tourney
The second season of the KSL started on January 6, 2017 in Ajman Oval.
KSL has given Kashmiri dispora living in Gulf a good opportunity to have the feel of being in Kashmir.
KSL 2017 started with big bang in Ajman Oval, a beautiful stadium situated 30 kilometres away from Dubai in January and has reached stage for its final scheduled to be held on March 24. Hundreds of Kashmiris with their families have witnessed League matches and the stadium established in the middle of desert has turned out to be mini Kashmir where Kashmiris proudly promoted Kashmiri Culture
