3 Kashmiri youth arrested in Delhi

Sopore: Three Kashmiri youth were arrested by Delhi police’s special cell allegedly for their involvement in protests in the Valley.
The JK police had passed information to their counterparts in Delhi about the presence of the trio in the capital city.
The three youths identified as Yawar Muzaffar, Waseem Dar and Danish Dar all residents of Batpora in Sopore town were arrested on Monday at Friends Colony in New Delhi.
Inspector general of police SJM Gilani said they had passed the information about the trio to Delhi Police. “They were involved in stone throwing,” he told Kashmir Reader.
Families and residents of Sopore learnt about the arrest of the youth through social media.
In a statement Delhi Police said that “Three youth of Baramulla who were wanted in stone pelting cases in Sopore, J&K were arrested under section 41.1 of cr pc by special cell on Monday at Friends Colony Market, New Delhi.”
