Armed rebellion in Muslim countries ‘haram’, says Dr Qasim

SRINAGAR: The so-called jihadist organisations working at the international level that destroyed Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria will target and ruin the Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in the next 15 years, said the incarcerated chief of Muslim Deeni Mahaz (MDM) Dr Muhammad Qasim on Saturday.
In a statement issued here, Qasim said path will be paved for the “expansionist policies” of Israel in the Middle East and India in the subcontinent after “these six countries will be destroyed completely in the name of Islam and Khilafah”.
“For this reason these organisations are being supported by America, Israel, and India. The attacks of 9/11 didn’t establish Islam in America but destroyed the Islamic government formed in Afghanistan after centuries of struggle. All these Khariji organisations are being supported by many people and organisations from Turkey, Saudi, and Pakistan who have some grudge against the government of these countries,” he said. He said three among the 6 countries have been ruined and rest will be targeted in the next 15 to 20 years.  “The rulers of these countries are directly responsible for whatever has happened in these countries. Since these three countries hold utmost and core   importance among the affairs of Muslim Ummah, it is imperative that the rulers deal with all those having dissent through peaceful means, with love and constructive dialogue and shouldn’t use force against them. Those advocating violence should realise that they have differences against governments not the country. The land, naval and air assets of a country are not of the government but of the entire Ummah and destroying them is a haram as per Shariah. Armed rebellion in Muslim countries is haram as this will only serve the interests of the rulers of these countries who would be able to garner more and more armed support of the western powers and render these countries into ruins,” he said.
The MDM chief said Muslims in Jammu Kashmir should “neither support these groups nor the rulers of these countries but should support and pray for dialogue and unification between these parties”.
