Jammu: Asked by NC legislator Ali Muhammad Sagar whether unchecked growth of trees has turned Dal Lake into a city forest, deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh said although the trees had been cut in 2005 by the state forest corporation but over time trees have grown again.
