23 killed, 45 wounded in Kabul blasts

Srinagar: At least 23 people were reportedly killed and nearly 45 others wounded in twin explosions that rocked the Afghan capital of Kabul on Tuesday, reports quoting officials said,
As per reports the target of the blasts was probably an area that includes government and lawmakers’ offices.
The first explosion, which was carried out by a suicide bomber, was quickly followed by a second, caused by a car bomb parked near the same site.
As per reports Taliban spokesperspon Zabihullah Mujahid has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
