Pellet guns against peaceful protesters ‘unbearable’: Italy

ISLAMABAD: Italian defense minister said that use of pellet guns against peaceful protesters in Kashmir is unbearable and cannot be permitted.
Italian Defense Minister Roberta Pinotti called on Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain here on Monday and discussed matters of mutual interest, overall regional situation and ‘Indian atrocities in Kashmir’, reports said.
The minister said use of pellet guns against peaceful protesters is unbearable. He assured cooperation in highlighting deteriorating situation in Kashmir at international level.

India is under global pressure to stop using pellet guns against innocent Kashmiris which have killed over 80 people and blinded hundreds others, reports added.
