‘Shimla agreement can’t overrule UN resolutions’
ISLAMABAD: Spokesperson for the Foreign Office Nafees Zakaria said on Thursday that Indian troops are carrying out a massacre in occupied valley of Kashmir for over 62 days”.
In a press briefing, he said that Shimla agreement, in no way, could overrule resolutions of the United Nations regarding Kashmir dispute.
He said that media blackout continues in Kashmir after over two months and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would raise the issue in the United Nations Organisation with full throttle.
While talking about the alleged Indian role in terror attacks on Pakistani soil, he said that Kulbhushan Jadhav, an in-service naval officer of India who was associated with RAW and caught in Balochistan, has told in his video confession that he was tasked with targeting China-Pakistan Economic Corridor among spreading unrest in Karachi and parts of Pakistan.
