‘Employees’ arrest proof of mental bankruptcy’

SRINAGAR: The JKLF chairman, Mohammad Yasin Malik, on Tuesday condemned the incarceration of Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) leaders.
In a statement issued here, Malik said that arresting EJAC president Abdul Qayoom Wani and his associates and shifting them to jail “is a glaring example of mental bankruptcy of the so-called rulers”.
He said that EJAC leaders were protesting against the civilian killings and that was why they have been booked and arrested.
He also condemned the “atrocities” committed on the common people, saying, “India and its stooges are deploying more and more forces to suppress Kashmiri voice, but this ploy will also fail”.
