When you go to Bengal or for that matter to Bangladesh, people there speak to you in Bengali. Obviously they are proud of their culture/language and they don’t hesitate to show it. We in Kashmir will take pride in all foreign languages but our own. IAS and IPS officers deputed from India, are by Indian Law required to speak to us in local language………do they? and if they don’t do we address them in Kashmiri? Why not? What is the use of ridiculing India, when you ridicule yourself day in and day out.
