Kishtwar shows solidarity with Kashmir, protests killings

KISHTWAR: Senior leader of Huriyat Conference and vice-chairman of Jammu Kashmir Freedom Movement (JKFM) Mohammad Iqbal Igoo while condemning the grave human rights violations in Kashmir have asked the BJP-PDP government to end the killings immediately.
In a statement, Igoo said that like Jagmohan, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has been assigned the job of killings innocent people by her masters in New Delhi. He called upon the Indian rulers to shun arrogance and stubbornness and start a dialogue process on Kashmir. Igoo also demanded stern action against forces officers responsible for the Kashmir killings.
Igoo has warned the authorities in Doda and Kishtawar areas against implicating innocent people in false cases. He said that while a peaceful protest was carried out against Kashmir killings but the authorities at the behest of some politicians were implicating innocent youth in false cases. He warned that the administration shall be held responsible for any law and order situation in Doda, Kishtawar and Baderwah areas. He said that the people of Kishtwar cannot watch Kashmir killings as spectators.
