Srinagar: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Saturday took on the newly formed PDP-BJP government in Jammu and Kashmir over the recent Handwara clashes, saying it must work to end violence.
“The government should have stopped this from happening, but it failed. Today, the government should take care of the fighting. The government must work to end the violence. We can never bring peace in the state if innocents die,” Abdullah said.
