Malik asks: Why is the world silent?

SRINAGAR: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik, on Friday appealed the international community to shun its “double standards” about humanity and “take note of Kashmiri blood, which is spilled on a daily basis by the Indian forces”.
In a statement issued here, Malik said, “Kashmiris are brutally killed and the international community doesn’t seem bothered about it. When people from other parts of the world are killed, the world community immediately issues statements of condemnations but when Kashmiris are killed, a criminal silence is maintained. Aren’t we humans, isn’t our blood also red, don’t we deserve some words of consolation from the international community? This is a discriminatory attitude.”

The world is silent because it knows the truth about who instigates these confrontations and killings, keeping their own children always out of the harm’s way.
