Government to impose restrictions in downtown, Maisuma today

Srinagar: The government will impose restrictions tomorrow in downtown and Maisuma to prevent protests against the killing of youth in Handwara on Tuesday.
Deputy commissioner Farooq Lone told Kashmir Reader that section 144, that prohibits assembly people, will be imposed in old city and Maisuma tomorrow.
Pro-freedom groups have called for a shutdown over the killings in Handwara after people were protesting against army soldiers bid of molesting a girl in main chowk of the town.
