Bangladesh skipper rolls his arm over in Ganderbal village

Ganderbal: Cricket fans in Ganderbal were taken by a surprise when Bangladesh limited overs’ skipper Mashrafe Mortaza stopped over at Kullan Cricket Ground to roll his arm over much to the delight of people in attendance there.
Mortaza, who is on a visit to Kashmir alongwith his family, halted at the ground on his way back to Srinagar from Sonamarg.
His appearance surprised one and all even as people mobbed him to interact with the all-rounder. Mortaza obliged interacting with the fans who asked him questions ranging from his own form to Bangladesh’s performance in the recently concluded World T20.
He shared his experience and provided aspiring bowlers with tips about the trade.
He was asked about the Bangladesh’s dramatic loss to India as fans told him that losing against India hurt them the most. “Losing is a part of game and we never wanted to lose that match.We were very much upset with that defeat. No player had his dinner that evening,” he said.
And, some of the fans made him realise that how they don’t like Bangladesh losing to India.
“We don’t feel upset when you lose to any nation other than India. We feel disappointed when Bangladesh loses to India,” fans told Mortaza.
